Cleaning the house and makes roads dirty in India. Why?
Cleaning the house makes roads dirty in India. Why?
Ah, It's a common problem of our society that we know how to keep clean our house but don't learn how can we keep this habit for our locality places. Why? I just find the answer from my self and it is because we don't care for others or just don't understand our responsibility. We also follow others to adopt bad things. If someone is throwing garbage by the side of road once then we start doing like this every day.
It's not a problem which can't be resolved, but just need to take the suitable steps with responsibility. Yeah, I have seen the solution two times where the people took the responsibility and run the campaign to get the solution. I want to share with you.
Last year, I am eyewitness of this type of change. There was a garbage stock by the side of road in a very posh area of Ghaziabad, it was in my office way and I had been facing the stink every day. People come to this place and through the stale food and other garbage. The interesting thing was that it was just apposite of a famous school of that society. It means the people don't care for their children's health as well.
One day, I saw some boards there which were saying "Yahan kuda fekna mana hai" etc. Wow, this place was better that day, and yes.. it was being cleaned day by day. Would you like to know that how was this happened? Umm, you would really salute those people who took this responsibility to get rid off this SHIT stink. Yes, school management picked up the gauntlet of this. They got that place cleaned. For some more days the school guys stood holding the banners. I was really happy to see this change. It was not only beneficial for the school but also for every person who passes from there.
I do have one more example. This place is near by my colony. The people had been throwing the garbage in night so that no one can catch them. Then the some gentlemen made hoardings and draped the banners which were saying "Yahan kuda fekne walon per 500 rs jurmana hoga". But the people don't take it serious some times. That's why care takers of this campaign watched in day and night as well and stopped fools by doing this again. Finally, they made it completely cleaned.
But these are not permanent solutions. We should take our responsibility to make our places cleaned. We should choose the dustbins provided by the government's development authorities to put the garbage. It is possible if we believe our society should be well organised like our home.
